Reducing the cost and adding to the value of cultivated meat
 

Audra Labs' scaffold technology (patent pending) forms the basis for a novel, cost-efficient culture system to help cultivated meat (CM) achieve commercial viability. For example, having both proliferation and differentiation steps on the same edible scaffold material can potentially cut down on costs.

In addition, we are cognizant that scaffolds have the potential to imbue texture and nutritional value to the CM product. Our scaffolds are thus designed with this end point in mind.  Our lead scaffold technology can also be applied to various CM cell types, such as muscle and fat cells, as well as plant ingredients, thus rendering the cost-effective production of hybrid meat products.
